Before we embark together into a moment of tranquility lets all connect through conversation. This is a safe space to share openly with community, or sit back and relax. *Feel free to do what you are comfortable with: keeping your camera on or off during connection*
Monday Mindful Meditation
Every meditation begins with a calming breathing exercise to create a relaxed and safe space. I then guide you through thought-provoking questions, allowing for deep feelings and introspection. To enhance the experience, I offer the natural healing sound of a singing bowl throughout the entire session. Closing with gentle stretching to move energy through the body before ending the session. *A reminder to mute your sound once meditation begins. Feel free to do what you are comfortable with: keeping your camera on or off during meditation.*
