About this event
The Buffalo Lake Metis Settlement, located 150 km north of Edmonton, Alberta, is proud to host a CPRA Pro Rodeo on May 27 and 28th. Featuring award winning stock provided by C5 Rodeos and world champion professional competitors. Hotels are located in nearby Smoky Lake and Lac la Biche, or stay in Edmonton and enjoy the short drive through the beautiful lakeland region. Free camping is also available.
Featuring full pro competitions in seven major events - Bull riding, Bareback, Saddle bronc, team roping, ladies barrel racing, tie down roping and steer wrestling, as well as four junior events. Food and merchandise vendors, bouncy castle and children's events, beer gardens, and dance featuring Armond Duck Chief.
