Build Your Own Scrum (40 Minutes)


Participants build the Scrum framework using scissors, glue, Scrum reference material, and the Build Your Own Scrum worksheet in teams.

Show & Tell (5 minutes per team)


Teams present the frameworks they created with the other teams. The instructor asks questions if needed, with the aim of getting people from other teams to help clarify or correct any misconceptions....

Timeline (10 minutes)


The entire class guides the facilitator in placing the four Scrum Events on a timeline to confirm they have learned the correct order of described meetings learned in Scrum from steps 1 and 2.

Silent Writing for Roles (10 minutes)


Participants are given 5 minutes of silent writing to jot down on post-its as many important things as they can come up with about each of the 3 roles.

Scrum Master Review (30 minutes)

The full Build Your Own Scrum module is made up of 9 parts and takes approximately 3 hours to run. The exercises build on each other, reinforcing important information in an interactive way.

By the end of the module, participants will have a thorough understanding of the Scrum System on:

Roles, Meetings, and how a feature makes its way from the Product Backlog, through a Sprint, and out as a potentially shippable product increment.

✔️The 3 Scrum Roles, responsibilities, and their Interaction with all Stakeholders

✔️ The "meetings" to valuable 5 Scrum Events with no waste of time and energy

✔️ To Have the know-how and - Descriptive- tools of the Scrum 3 artifacts and Incremental approach

✔️ To Be ready to craft and implement a coherent, safe, and pragmatic execution of Scrum for your enterprise-wide agility and/ or Lean ways.

• Agile coach, Scrum Master, Change management professional;

Where is the Workshop take place?

You choose! Our agile trainer could go to your office or space. We could welcome you to our space at Crew Collective, Old Montréal.

Could we do the training Online?

Yes. Simply book with a Virtual-Online Classe Ticket. These remote classes are LIVE and Interactive using a Zoom Pro account.

Can I get a Refund?

No. You may change the date of your training, up to 2 times. After that, you lose your spot and might be blacklisted. Same for no call, no show! Everyone time and energy is valuable, we apply reciprocity. Contact us for special context up to 1-Day before.

Do I get Support Material from the Workshop?

Yes. From both In Person and Virtual, you will receive digital PDF material such as cheat sheets, guide, and other resources that you may agree with your trainer.
