ABOUT JAMES BURCHILL
Your journey matters. Mine started with a ZX80 computer and a relentless fascination with how machines think. I taught myself to program, studied computer science and fine art, and eventually landed at Oracle UK in Bristol, England — where theory met the real world. Over decades, that early curiosity turned into a mission: helping people like you harness technology — not be overwhelmed by it. I’ve led engineering teams, advised startups, built tools, taught tens of thousands of students, and written books that unpack complex ideas into practical steps.
DOOR PRIZE
I'm thinking a $25 preloaded Visa / Master card ... you know, 'good as' CASH :) Donated by our speaker, James Burchill
