Our extremely popular Business Plan Development Workshop series consists of 24 hours of hands-on training that will teach you how to transform your business idea into a completed Business Plan. A plan that will help you get clear on what you need to do in order to succeed in your business. Your Business Plan together with the 3-year Financial Forecast you will prepare in class are all you need to apply for your business loan. Includes email support and one-on-one coaching as required.

You will receive a business plan template, a 3-year financial forecasting workbook, all slides, access to recordings of all sessions for review at your leisure, and many supporting handouts in each section. Our new Business Plan Development AI Assistant will support you throughout the process.

Workshops are held via video conference using Zoom meetings. A link will be sent once registration is confirmed.
