Join us for an online screening of 'Caging Children:Palestinian Children in Israel’s Military Detention System' followed by a debriefing and question and answer with Shaina Low, the Advocacy Officer with Defense of Children International: Palestine. We will then take some time in small groups to write letters to our Member of Parliament (MP).
Caging Childhood: Palestinian Children in Israel’s Military Detention System is a short documentary that shares the stories of three Palestinian children in the occupied West Bank and their experiences being detained, interrogated, prosecuted, and imprisoned in the Israeli military detention system. Caging Childhood was produced by Defence for Children International – Palestine.
As part of this event ,we are going to take a few moments to write letters to our MP's. Providing the name of your Member of Parliament and your postal code will help us organize the breakout rooms.
