Calumet Unwraps Blue Mountain

YOUR TICKET INCLUDES:

• Transportation to and from Calumet and Blue Mountains (if you are traveling separately please indicate that when you purchase your ticket)
• Lodging at Blue Mountain Village
  *Please note that rooms could be in either: Grand Georgian, Seasons at Blue or Weider Lodge * Once we get the confirmation and specific location of where your room will be, you will be informed. (All buildings are in the village so it will all be connected or right beside each other)
• Included activities: Full access to Canopy Climb Net Adventure, Blue Mountain Snowshoe Trails (Rentals incl.), Woodview Mountaintop Skating Trail (Skate rentals incl.), Ski Valet, (1) Ridge Runner Mountain Coaster ride, and (1) Activity Ticket that can be used for either an hour access to Hike N' Tube OR the Blue Mountain Aquatic Centre.

TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

• Room key holders are obligated to add their credit card information on file for their rooms, and must pay a $50 refundable deposit fee. Alternatively, they may pay a $200 deposit fee via cash or debit card. This deposit fee will be charged and refunded by Blue Mountain Resort at the end of the event. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS DEPOSIT FEE. Please bring your credit card and ID for check-in and check-out at the hotel.
• Your ticket does not include other services (eg. ski and lift rentals, etc.)
• Please contact us if you are planning on driving up so we can provide information regarding FREE underground parking for 1 vehicle/room.
• Waivers must be handed in physically or digitally before the event. We will send out the waivers via email. Individuals who fail to submit signed waivers will be unable to attend the event.
• The room request form will be sent out after purchasing a ticket. Rooms WILL be filled to capacity so groups of less than 6 will end up paired together. Please note that each room is up to 6-person capacity with one room and two sofa beds. Only one person in your group should be filling out the form for everyone in the group.
• All rooms are situated within the Blue Mountain Village. It has a 6-bed capacity with a den, kitchen, and dining area.
• Please also note that you are responsible for making arrangements for your meals/food for the duration of the trip. We will not be able to provide you with any food/meals, so please plan accordingly.
