Lunch and Learn

Join Madison Hencher, Hearing Care Counsellor, from 11:30AM to 12:00PM in our Boardroom (16 York St, Cannington) for a Lunch and Learn session on hearing loss and hearing health. Please enter through the front doors and check in with reception. No registration is required.

Topics covered will include:

• Understanding hearing loss and aging
• Communication strategies over the phone
• Communication in difficult listening situations
• Basic troubleshooting of hearing aids
• How counsellors can help
• Canadian Hearing Services programs and supports

Private 1:1 Hearing Screenings

Apointments available in the morning and afternoon to meet one-on-one with Madison Hencher, a hearing Care Counsellor. Services provided include:

• Checking for hearing loss
• Checking for ear wax
• Information provision and guidance
