Can't Stop Eating?
Overview
You Are Not Broken. And You’re Not Alone.
If food feels overwhelming, if you often feel out of control around eating, preoccupied with what, when, or how much you eat, or caught in cycles of shame. If your mood or sense of worth is shaped by the number on the scale or what you ate the night before, this workshop is for you.
This workshop offers a different, evidence‑based perspective.
This lack of control around eating is not a personal failure. It is a predictable response to restriction, dieting, shame, and a system (yours) that’s been pushed beyond capacity.
In this 1‑hour live workshop, you’ll learn why disordered eating happens, what’s actually going on in your brain and body, and what helps reduce eating urges in a way that doesn’t rely on dieting or self‑control. You will walk away with tangible actions you can take to start your recovery journey with food.
