Caregiver Journaling Circle - Fall/Winter Series
Overview
Writing is a wonderful way for caregivers to reduce stress and increase coping skills. Through writing your own narrative, you can record and review your personal experiences. In general, this allows you to look for common thought patterns, evaluate their effectiveness, problem-solve and see things from a new perspective. Journaling helps us gain a greater understanding of our experiences and reclaim our "self."
At each workshop, we will gather, share a journaling prompt, take some personal journaling time, then re-group to share with one another.
This program occurs bi-weekly on Wednesdays, 6:30 to 8 p.m.

Please review our Group Guidelines before registering.
Due to limited registration space, we kindly ask that you notify the facilitator if you are unable to attend a session. If you have two unexplained absences, we will reach out to you via email. Should we not hear back and you miss two additional sessions, your registration may be removed to allow space for others. Please note that communicated absences will not result in removal, and you are always welcome to re-register when your schedule allows for more consistent attendance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Please note: Registration is ongoing. You are welcome to join at any point throughout the fall session.
