Caregivers Book Club - Fall/Winter Series
Overview
Are you a caregiver to a family member or friend? Do you enjoy reading and are looking for a social activity that can help you connect with others? Join our community where caregivers come together to discover and discuss various aspects of caregiving. This is a wonderful opportunity to create meaningful connections, share experiences, and provide each other with support. Plus, it's a great way to practice self-care and unwind with a good book. Come and be part of a group that understands and values the important role you play.

This program occurs once a month Thursday evening from 6:30pm - 7:30pm. You must register to receive the Zoom link or phone number to join the group.
Note: Registration is ongoing, and new participants can join at any time.

Please review our Group Guidelines before registering.
Due to limited registration space, we kindly ask that you notify the facilitator if you are unable to attend a session. If you have two unexplained absences, we will reach out to you via email. Should we not hear back and you miss two additional sessions, your registration may be removed to allow space for others. Please note that communicated absences will not result in removal, and you are always welcome to re-register when your schedule allows for more consistent attendance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
