Central Support: Navigating CRA and FCSS Supports

CRA representative can support with:

• Printing your Notice of Assessment (NOA) or Proof of Income
• Updating personal information (address, direct deposit, etc.)
• Answering questions relating to your personal tax returns (farm and business-related questions are not permitted)
• Assisting with CRA letters
• Finding uncashed cheques

Valid government photo ID and Social Insurance Number or ability to pass verification is required for CRA support.

The FCSS Lloydminster team will be available to share resources and information on local outreach and referrals, support opportunities and available programming.

Availability/Booking

9 am to 12 pm: Pre-booked appointments are available between 9 am to 12 pm.

1 to 4 pm: Drop- in appointments with the CRA. Appointments are first-come-first-served.

* All CRA appointments are schedued for 30-minutes, but have the potential to go longer.

9 am to 4 pm: FCSS supports are available for drop-in between 9 am and 4 pm.
