Join us for a cozy hands-on speakeasy night w/Chef Luis Bautista · Puerto Bravo x @thetable.community Ceviche & Margaritas !

Join us on Monday December 22 at 6PM for an intimate, hands-on experience at Puerto Bravo.

Prepare your own ceviche, taste fresh guacamole, and shake two signature margaritas guided by Chef Luis Bautista, Michelin-recognized Mexican chef.


All ingredients and materials provided.

  • 1 Ceviche (hands-on)
  • Guacamole (group demo)
  • 2 Margaritas crafted by you

All materials, tools, and ingredients are provided during the class.


Please Note:

  • One ticket purchase is valid for one guest.
  • This is a hands-on experience; seating is limited to maintain quality and guidance.
  • The class is approximately 2:45 hours.
  • Alcoholic beverages are included; valid Government ID (19+) is required - under 19+ by guardin and no alcoholic 2 beverages option.
  • For everyone’s safety, this class is not recommended for guests with seafood allergie or any other kind of allergies.
  • If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance.
  • if you cannot attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place, as we understand last-minute things can happen.
  • Extra drinks available for sale during the workshop
  • No food or drinks from outside allowed


Payment in full is required at registration.
All sales are final.
Transfers to another person are allowed.
Because this is a small-capacity workshop with fresh product preparation, refunds or class credits are not available, unless the event is cancelled by Puerto Bravo due to unforeseen circumstances or weather, in which case you will receive a full refund.


About the Instructor:

Chef Luis Abraham Bautista Yañez, Bib Gourmand Chef from Tamaulipas, specializes in Mexican coastal cuisine and leads the culinary experience at Puerto Bravo. His workshops combine technique, culture, and flavor to create a warm, educational, and memorable evening.
