Chakradance™ is a globally recognized healing movement practice that combines spontaneous movement, chakra-resonant music, guided visualization, and mandala art.

This Introductory Chakradance™ Workshop is designed for both newcomers and returning movers. Whether you’re exploring Chakradance™ for the first time or deepening your practice, each journey guides you through new layers of surrendering into movement as your body releases old patterns and stuck emotions, reopens the flow of your chakras, and reconnects you with your inner power, clarity, and sense of freedom.

No dance experience required — just a safe, welcoming space to move, feel, and release at your own pace.
