The key to becoming your most productive self is to embrace organization and overcome procrastination.
This course examines the common reasons for procrastination and ways we can overcome them in our daily life. The emotions and beliefs causing procrastination are explored, as well as the adverse emotions that result from it. Strategies and tools to help us over come procrastination are examined.4 Hours
Course objectives: understand procrastination and the impact it has on life and acquire mental health strategies and tools to overcome procrastination.
