Join us for a unique Chocolate Tasting & Wine Pairing Night Out! The evening includes a gourmet tasting experience that will take you on a journey across the globe, exploring hand-crafted chocolate truffles and various chocolate delicacies made at our boutique chocolate facility. During the tasting, guests will have the opportunity to compare and contrast the flavours of different types of chocolate and wine, while also learning about the similarities between these two delicacies. You will discover how both chocolate and wine are high in antioxidants and flavonoids, and how the fermentation process ultimately defines their unique flavours.

Our Chocolatier will take you on a journey through the history of chocolate and its origins, showcasing the best in chocolate-infused taster cups, including maple, passion fruit, and matcha. You'll get to sample some of the finest chocolates from around the world, with a special focus on ruby, alunga, and Mexique. And of course, you'll also get to indulge in our truffle tasting, featuring lemon fizz, cassis, and affogato.

But that's not all! We're also offering a wine-tasting and pairing session, where you'll get to experience the perfect blend of wine and chocolate.

Our program is designed to last up to 2 hours and in addition to our chocolate-tasting program and wine pairing, we are excited to offer a selection of light foods to accompany your experience. Our delicious cheese platters are the perfect complement to the rich and decadent flavours of our chocolate offerings. Our cheese platters include a variety of delicious cheeses such as brie, cheddar, and gouda, paired with fresh fruit, and crackers.
