Led by a Certified Grief Movement Coach and RCC, whatever the cause of your holiday malaise, please join the practice. This is a practice based on movement and breath, it is chair-based for maximum accessibility. When you purchase a ticket, note that it is your acknowledgement that you need to monitor your own physical needs and that you take responsibility for any injury or mishap.

What to Expect
We will start with a welcome and a quick orientation. (What is the purpose and why does it work?) Then we will begin with some slow, controlled movements and breathwork. We will build to some more expressive forms that involve voice - it's easy if you have a private space, but you can continue using the breath if you need to keep the sound down) At the end we will do some grounding exercises and learn a few emergency anxiety reducing techniques for you to try.
