City of Echoes: Voices Through Art RECEPTION Feb 8, 2026 2-4 pm
Overview
Artists Andy Lee, Alan McKee, Bill Odwori, Ryan O'Neil, Jenny Zhang. Curarated by Carol Mark. City of Echoes: Voices Through Art is a vibrant showcase celebrating the creative spirit of Toronto’s diverse communities. Featuring the work of artists from Chinese, Jamaican, Ugandan (newcomer), Scottish and Korean backgrounds, this exhibition brings together digital art, photography, painting, and mixed media to reflect the rhythms, stories, and identities that pulse through our city.
In the most multicultural city in the world, every street echoes with heritage, migration, resilience, and imagination. This theme invites all ages and backgrounds to see themselves — and one another — through the eyes of these artists. From the personal to the collective, from memory to modernity, City of Echoes is a call to connect, reflect, and celebrate the layered beauty of lives in Toronto.
