The internet can be overwhelming—especially when you’re looking for trustworthy mental health information. This friendly, hands‑on workshop shows you where to look, how to tell what’s real, and how to use simple tools without stress. No previous digital experience needed. We’ll go slow, practice together, and you’ll leave with a one‑page checklist you can use at home.

Please note: this workshop will be heald both online on Zoom and in-person at Healthy Minds Cooperative. You choose if you'd prefer to attend in-person or online!
