Co-Workers First Workshop - Saint John

This training is designed to provide leaders within a workplace environment with the necessary information and strategies to build positive mental health and well-being for all employees while effectively supporting individual employees with mental health concerns.

Modules

• Exploring the Mental Health Continuum
• Mental Health & Illness in the Workplace
• Practical Strategies for Support & Communication
• Preventing Crisis, Burnout and Suicide, as well as Understanding Community Resources

1 day workshop running January 14th from 8:30am to 4:30pm (SNOW DATE JANUARY 15TH). Participants must attend entire day to receive certificate.
