This facilitated half-day virtual workshop will allow participants to engage with geriatric experts and participate in a small interactive group setting.

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Identify when and why to use cognitive assessment tools
  • Demonstrate the ability to administer and score cognitive tests in a standardized and consistent manner
  • Understand and apply basic psychometric properties of cognitive testing


Who should attend?

Health care providers responsible for or interested in conducting cognitive assessments of older adults. It is ideal for anyone new to cognitive assessments or looking for a refresher on the topic.
