Coming Home to Yourself

Take an evening to slow down and come back to yourself in a warm and welcoming space.

This workshop is meant for anyone who has been moving through life a little too quickly and wants a gentle place to land. It is a soft space for people who are craving slowness, reflection, quiet moments, or a chance to simply be. It is a place to meet yourself gently and to sit with others who are also choosing to slow down.

We spend 90 minutes together with simple guided meditation, soft seated movement, quiet pauses, and a few guided journal prompts. Everything is beginner-friendly. You do not need any experience to join. Anyone is welcome. We move slowly and intentionally, allowing space to notice whatever is present for you. There is an optional sharing circle at the end for anyone who feels called.

Bring:
-A journal & pen
-We will be sitting together on the floor, so feel free to bring a cushion, yoga mat, or blanket to sit on.
-Wear comfy clothes

Come exactly as you are.
All are welcome.
This is a soft place to return to yourself.
