CONDUCTING A USABILITY TEST: 101

INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP

ZOOM VIDEO CONFERENCE SESSION - (Link will be sent via email to all participants)

Description:

Congratulations, you landed your first user experience (UX) contract! It is now time to execute, and show your client value for their money. What you need to remember is this: it is all about listening, focusing on business goals and creating a collaborative process for your client can take action on those findings.

So, where do you start? In this Zoom Room, I will walk you through the most important steps to conducting usability tests that produce results, mainly:

  • Understanding the business goals and writing a plan accordingly
  • Understanding if a usability test is a right fit
  • Deciding on the number of participants to test with and why
  • Effectively recruiting participants
  • Conducting the tests and delegating work
  • Involving the client to take ownership and action on the findings

Let’s learn together, so you become unstoppable at providing value for your clients.
