What's Included?

For the weekend the most important thing to bring is yourself! Wear your usual fitness clothing, you will be issued your special ERT t-shirt and workbook. In our world class martial arts studio you will be super comfortable and we encourage training in bare feet. Each session is 3 hours that is made up of 2 physical sessions and 2 theory sessions. Bring what you think you might need for snacks. Friday night is 5-8pm then home for the night. Saturday is 9am to noon then a 5 hour break and return at 5pm to 8pm. Sunday is the same. PLEASE NOTE *** this specialized program depends on a full session minimum numbers - if for some reason the minimum is not met we will postpone and refund is guaranteed - to date all sessions do fill quickly - especially when you invite a friend and the ERT experience is great for mothers and teen daughters.
