Create Two Christmas Wood Slice Ornaments (Dec. 18, Canmore)

It’s the last week before Christmas, so take a moment and make something magical for yourself and someone on your list. In this cozy, creative workshop hosted at Listen Studios in Canmore, you’ll sculpt and paint two festive ornaments on a natural wood slices — the perfect handmade keepsake or gift.

I will guide you in shaping the clay to create woodland designs that pop out of the wood slice. Then we bring them to life through vibrant paints and a beautiful ribbon, so your ornament is ready to hang on your tree. You’ll have plenty of examples for inspiration, plus all the materials, paints, and tools you need to bring your idea to life.

No experience needed — just curiosity, imagination, and a love for creating something from the heart.
