Do you wish to increase your organization’s reach and impact by partnering with others?
About this event
Do you want to improve your ability to negotiate a win/win partnership with another organization to help you deliver outstanding results?
Then join us for the PEI Alliance for Mental Well-Being Creating Connections Workshop on Partnerships!
Finding and working with a true partner takes time, effort and persistence. Yet, we know the results of a successful partnership can far exceed what any one organization can accomplish.
At the Creating Connections Workshop you will hear from our expert lead on partnerships best practices, you can share your own partnership experiences and you will learn how best to position your organization for a successful partnership.
This will be an interactive working session with business and community leaders from across PEI representing a wide range of organizations working in the mental well-being domain.
Our Workshop lead, Michel Perron, has real world experience in developing successful and enduring partnerships globally and across Canada. He will also share lived experience of lessons learned on how and how-not to partner with others. This workshop will outline key concepts such as:
• Why partner?
• How to identify your organization’s own value proposition; and
• How to source and secure a successful partnership.
Finally, we want to hear from you and will host round table discussions to help you refine your own partnership pitch for others.
