  • What CSA will look like in the future as it evolves.

Dave Miller, BA, CTR, RRO

After graduating from university in 1975, Dave commenced his construction career in the steel industry servicing the North American market with support for foundation steel products. Dave spent the next 10 years as a small business owner in contracting and distribution of cabling and access control systems.

Dave is currently working on 19 years within the commercial roofing industry as an employee of IKO Industries Ltd, starting as an architectural representative and culminating in his current position as Senior Manager of Codes and Approvals.

Dave is, or has been, a member of the CSA Bituminous Roofing Committee, SIGDERS, the ULC task group for Thermal Insulation and Wood Fiberboard, co-chair of the RCI Technical Committee, chair of the Associates Members for CRCA, and on the Board of Directors for the CRCA. He has been heavily involved in the formation of and testing programs surrounding CSA A123.21 for the past 14 years. Dave has been a member of CSC for 15 years and is a CSC certified technical representative, an RCI member, and has been a registered roofing observer through RCI for 16 years.
