What is Gay Tantra and how is it different from traditional Tantra?

The only difference between Gay Tantra and traditional Tantra is that we are able to relate and "hold space" for cis men who love cis men, whether gay, bi, fluid or non-binary.  Most traditional tantra schools, especially in Asia, do not have the ability to recognize and support man-to-man intimacy.

What does "Authentic Living Tantra" mean?

We focus on the sacred foundations of Tantra. Our programs and retreats focus on inner truth, authentic self-connection, healing trauma, unleashing power via vulnerability, augmenting our vibration via mantras, and disconnecting from the ego.  From there we facilitate authentic intimacy with others.

Do I need any prior experience in Tantra, yoga, or meditation?

None required. Tantra is for everyone.

Question 4

What kind of practices or workshops will we do during the retreat?

Accepted Answer

Our programs focus on: daily inner work (asanas, pranayama, and mantras).  Midday we facilitate exercises in meditation, intimate connection, inner child healing, working with our creative energy (Kundalini).  At night we conduct sensual temple events to accentuate the Kundalini and our soul energy.

Is nudity or physical touch involved?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but boundaries are honored, and physical sex is forbidden within the framework of the program.  If consenting students want to have sex, they can do that in privacy away from the rest of the group and the program on their own time.

How is this different from a sexual retreat or erotic massage workshop?

Accepted Answer

We do not facilitate physical sex events.  We facilitate self love, self connection, and connection with others at a spiritual, energetic and sensual level.

Question 7

Is this retreat inclusive for all gay men regardless of age, body type, or relationship status?

Accepted Answer

This retreat is specifically for CIS MEN WHO LOVE CIS MEN.  We cannot guarantee that other students will be comfortable or non-discriminatory with heterosexual or trans men.

What should I pack and prepare before arriving?

Accepted Answer

All you really need is minimal clothes, sarongs, a journal, swimwear, a water bottle, and an open mind.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Accepted Answer

100% refund: 60+ days before the event.  50% refund: 30 to 60 days before the event. 0% refund 29 days or less before the event.  Students have the option to transfer their payment to another retreat if they don't wish to cancel.
