This heartfelt, one-hour live experience is for moms who have been running on empty while trying to make the holidays perfect for everyone else. Take a pause, breathe, and remember, you deserve peace, joy, and rest, too.


The holidays are supposed to feel magical, but for many moms, they feel heavy.
Maybe you’re making sure everyone else feels loved, cared for, and happy…
but somewhere in between the wrapping paper, the dishes, and the endless to-do list, you disappeared a little.

This session is your invitation to come home to yourself, even just for one hour.

In this live 60-minute online gathering, you’ll experience:
