I can't print my ticket- what do I do?

No problem at all! We will have a list of all attendees at the door and will be happy to check you in. Please make sure you know the name your ticket is purchased under.

I don't see how to join the Live Stream event. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

The online page with a button that invites you to "Join Event" will automatically show up 15 minutes before show time (6:45pm Edmonton Time). Simply log in to your Eventbrite account at that time. If you have problems after that time, email deepwintersong@gmail.com.

I lost my ticket. What should I do?
