Demystifying Profile Drafts
Overview
Description: Have you ever looked at a profile draft and wondered how to weave it?
We will cover:
- The purpose of a profile draft
- How to convert a profile draft to a weavable draft using pencil and paper or weaving software
- The weave structures that can be used with a profile draft
Cost: LDWS Members – $20, Non-Members – $25
Date: Sunday February 22, 2026
Time: 1:30pm - 3:30pm
Location: 1731 Churchill Ave, London ON – East Lion’s Community Centre
Instructor: Lee Donely
Participant Requirements: working knowledge of weaving concepts
Equipment to bring:
- Notebook/paper
- Pen/pencil, eraser
Material Cost: No material fee.
LDWS workshops are open to all. If a participant is less than 18 years old, they are required to have a parent or guardian present at all times.
The workshop is limited to 7 participants, please register early.
This class has a minimum number of 5 participants to proceed. If this number is not reached we’ll let you know about a week before the start of class. You will be refunded your full registration.
***Cancellation Policy: Participants who cancel their registration up to 1 month prior to the start of the workshop will receive a full refund. A participant who finds a replacement for his/her spot within 1 month prior to the start of the workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 1 month of workshops (with no replacement found) and “no-shows” will not be refunded. If the Guild cancels a workshop for any reason, all registration fees will be refunded.
