Event description

Description

Join us for lunch, networking and a presentation that introduces three concepts that can help new ventures develop high-quality goods and services.

The Kano Model helps you categorize customers' expectations for a product.

The Gaps Model provides a top-level view of steps you must get right in order to meet those expectations.

The Quality Function Deployment Model helps you translate those expectations into product designs.
