Did you know that conversations are a powerful way to connect and engage all stakeholders in your school community?

Join us for a monthly webinar, presented by the Canadian Centre for Brief Coaching and Greenwood College School from October 2019 to June 2020 that will:

  • Focus of all aspects of school life including students, teachers, parents and administrators

  • Provide direction on how to measure the impact of these conversations

  • Learn from other schools and organizations about how they apply Coaching Conversations in their school communities

  • Following each webinar we will send out curated questions and comments from our participants.

  • Each webinar will be recorded and made available online for those who register for a webinar or the series

Haesun Moon, Executive Director, Canadian Centre for Brief Coaching

Haesun Moon, PhD(c), MCC(c), CSFC. - Haesun Moon is a leading expert and educator on coaching and the use of language in transforming workplace dialogues leading to social change. Her academic and professional research in coaching dialogues and pedagogy from the University of Toronto introduced a simple coaching model, Dialogic Orientation Quadrant, that has transformed the way people coach and learn coaching worldwide. Haesun teaches Brief Coaching at the University of Toronto and serves as Executive Director at the Canadian Centre for Brief Coaching. She can be reached at learn@briefcoaching.ca.

Mary Gauthier, Executive Director, Greenwood Centre for Teaching and Learning

Mary Gauthier is the Executive Director of the Greenwood Centre for Teaching and Learning at Greenwood College School in Toronto. The mandate of the Centre is to support and celebrate great teaching, knowing the positive impact this collective teaching has on student learning and well-being. Mary has been dedicated to building inclusive classrooms and school communities based on respecting all members of the school community (administrators, teachers, students and parents) and helping them articulate and realize their hopes for the future. Her Certificates in Alternative Dispute Resolution (Mediation) from OISE/U of T and most recently in Brief Coaching (OISE/U of T) have provided ways to listen and bring all voices and actions that contribute to the positive growth in her school community.
