DIG IT! is a FREE 40-minute online session designed to help you slow down, clear mental noise, and discover what’s really on your mind — through journaling.
You don’t need to have any experience. You just need curiosity, a notebook, and a pen.
Each session begins with a short introduction to guided journaling — a simple practice that uses your written words to bring awareness to your thoughts and emotions. You’ll be guided through brief mindfulness and journaling exercises (about 20 minutes), followed by an optional 20-minute conversation for reflection and self-discovery.
There’s no pressure to share your experience — this is your private space to explore.
