Join Karen Kelsey, Relationship Manager for Lime Connect in Canada, to learn about the resources Lime Connect has to offer and to discuss the whether, when and how of disclosing your disability and asking for accommodations.

Lime Connect is a not for profit organization focused on rebranding disability through achievement by attracting professionals and university students who have all types of disabilities to the Lime Network; preparing them with tools and self-confidence to achieve their professional goals; then connecting them with scholarships, leadership programs and internship, co-op and full-time career opportunities with our corporate partners, some of the world's leading corporations. Lime Connect also provides education and training to support our partners in recruiting, onboarding, developing, retaining, and promoting all employees who have disabilities.

As the relationship manager for Lime Connect in Canada, Karen is responsible for building and managing the corporate partnerships that are critical to the success of the Lime Connect mandate. Additionally, she is engaged in managing the relationships with post-secondary educational institutions, disability-focused organizations and the Canadian Lime Ambassador Group. Prior to joining Lime Connect, she had a long career in banking including a number of years in Human Resources.
