We’re thrilled to welcome Usha Srinivasan, Founder and CEO of BReady.ai, to kickstart the year as the moderator of this startup workshop. Usha brings decades of experience helping founders turn concepts into thriving businesses across tech, food, retail, arts, and more.

With a career spanning leadership roles at MaRS Discovery District, Elevate Tech Fest, and as the former head of the Brampton Venture Zone, Usha has shaped ecosystems, built incubators, and opened doors for countless innovators. She’s also a venture investor and a champion for newcomers and underrepresented entrepreneurs in tech.

In this session, she’ll guide you through the essentials of transforming your idea into a real, viable business with clarity, confidence, and practical steps.
