Springboard Services is thrilled to partner with Catholic Crosscultural Services (CCS) to offer Newcomer Settlement Services every Wednesday. This weekly program provides essential resources and one-on-one support to help newcomers settle confidently and successfully in Canada.


Whether you need help finding housing, navigating education or healthcare, or connecting with community services, our team is here to provide guidance tailored to your needs.


What You’ll Receive:

Personalized Support: Work with our knowledgeable staff to get advice and solutions that match your situation.

Resource Connections: Learn about programs and services available to newcomers in Toronto, from job readiness to childcare resources.

Practical Assistance: Get help navigating complex systems, such as housing applications, employment support, and healthcare enrollment.

Warm Welcome: Our team is dedicated to creating a friendly, supportive environment where you’ll feel understood and empowered.

To access Springboard Employment Services, participants must meet the following criteria:

  • Residency: Reside in Ontario, ideally in the Toronto area.
  • Legal Status: Open to Canadian citizens, permanent residents, convention refugees, and refugee claimants.
  • SIN Number: A valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) is required.
  • Employment Status: Be unemployed or underemployed.
  • Commitment: Actively seeking employment or career advancement and willing to participate in counseling or training programs.
