Is there a particular order we have to follow of restaurants we visit during the event?

All of our tasting tours follow the same format unless noted otherwise. Event participants are pre-assigned the first location to begin their tasting adventure, we then suggest that they visit any of the participating restaurants in the clockwise direction after the first eatery that is assigned.

Can my friends or family be assigned the same starting location as me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, If you and your friends who have purchased their own tickets want to be assigned the same restaurant to start the tour, please email us at least 7 days in advance of the event date and let us know (include your order number, full name, your email address and note the other attendees.

Question 3

Is there a time limit at each restaurant?

Accepted Answer

You can stay as long or as little as you wish within the time frame of the event; of course keep in mind that others will want to visit the restaurants as well and that you will have other restaurants to visit yourself.

Question 4

Is it crucial that I start when the event time begins?

Accepted Answer

You can start the tour anytime, however we do suggest that you arrive to your assigned location within the first half hour of the event so that you have ample time to visit all or as many of the participating restaurants that you wish during the tasting tour.

Question 5

Do I have to purchase tickets in advance? Can I pay cash?

Accepted Answer

Tickets must be purchased in advance of the event online by credit card, debit card or PayPal, however you don’t need to have a PayPal account to make your payment. Paypal is our merchant gateway to process credit card payments.

Question 6

Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?

Accepted Answer

Refund Policy: We understand that plans can change, but please note that all ticket sales are final. While we can’t offer refunds, you’re more than welcome to transfer your ticket to another person if you find yourself unable to attend.

Can the tour accommodate Vegetarians?

Accepted Answer

Yes and we do suggest that the participating restaurants offer a vegetarian offering if their dish is not vegetarian.

Question 8

What if I have dietary restrictions, other than Vegetarian?

Accepted Answer

Due to the nature of our tasting tours and the participating restaurants, we cannot guarantee substitutions can be made for specific diets. Vegan, gluten, soy, and not allergies are unable to be accommodated.

Question 9

Can I get my tasting for takeout?

Accepted Answer

Our tasting tours are set-up for the food and drink tastings to be experienced at the restaurant; it is up to the individual restaurants and establishments if they wish to allow the tastings for takeout.

Question 10

Do you offer discounted tickets for children?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer any discounted tickets for children. If you are bringing a child under the age of 3, and they will not be eating on the tour, you do not need to purchase a ticket for them. If your child is 3 years of age or older, you will need to purchase a ticket for them.

Question 11

Where is the event being held and which restaurants are participating?

Accepted Answer

It is a restaurant tour to a selection of restaurants in the city. We email our ticket holders 5 days in advance of the event with the participating restaurants, map, menu and all the other event details.

Question 12

Do you offer last minute tickets?

Accepted Answer

As we need to provide the participating restaurants with the number of participants in advance to allow them time to prepare the food; ticket sales end approximately 3 days in advance of the respective tour date.
