About this event
The BC Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and Caravel Law invite you to Breakfast & Learning Lab: Effective Planning, Execution & Delegation for Legal Departments
This will be a highly interactive workshop run by Paula Pepin, Client Strategy Advisor at Caravel Law.
You will leave this workshop with practical tools to bring back to your teams to help with:
- Kicking off your departmental strategic planning and aligning your team around key priorities;
- Navigating how to guide decisions on insourcing and outsourcing legal work; and
- Building internal processes and tools allowing you to more efficiently scale your services
This program qualifies for up to 1.5 hours of eligible educational activity or CPD credit under the mandatory education regime in British Columbia. This event is for in-house legal counsel only, others will not be permitted entry.
