This intentional gathering invites you to slow down and tune in, supported by the healing of herbs and tea sharing with the co-creative space held by local creative alchemists. There will be a creative alter set up in the space, feel free to bring any item or gift for the creative spirits. Lastly a communal art canvas will be displayed for anyone to express themselves.

Whether you're coming to lay in stillness, sing your heart out, or simply be held in community, you are welcome here. This space honours the ancestral wisdom we carry and the medicine we create when we gather.

✨ Open to BIPOC of all identities✨ Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and water✨ Optional: bring an instrument, journal, or offering for the altar

Let’s root into rhythm, rise into resonance, and remember—we are sound, we are spirit, we are sacred.
