The Elgar Strings Orchestra invites you to their Spring concert to celebrate a return to live performance followed by a reception.

Join us to celebrate a return to live performance at our Spring concert!
The Elgar Strings Orchestra will be performing at the Deer Lake Gallery on Sunday, June 5. The concert will include a repertoire of famous classics from familiar names such as: Beethoven, Mozart, and more! Come enjoy an afternoon of classical music, followed by a reception! Meet the musicians and learn more about the Elgar Strings Orchestra.
Light refreshments and snacks will be provided at the reception, along with a fundraising bake sale. The fundraiser proceeds will go towards hiring a conductor.
Tickets to the concert are free, but donations are greatly appreciated so we can continue offering community orchestra. Registration is required to reserve your seat as we have limited capacity.

About the Elgar Strings Orchestra
The Elgar Strings Orchestra is made up of a community of people that enjoy playing string instruments ranging in skill. In the past we have performed at various senior centers, creating an accessible way to enjoy classical music. We gather Friday mornings from 10:00am to 12:00pm to practice at the Deer Lake Gallery. New members are always welcome!

This event will take place outdoors, weather permitting. In the case of rain, we will reschedule the concert and notify participants within 72 hours of the event.
