About this event

The North York Toronto Health Partners Annual Retreat is an opportunity to come together and celebrate all the hard work our partners and contributors have made to improve the health of our local North York communities while embracing complex challenges.

The evening will begin with a showcase of achievements from across your Ontario Health Team over the past year. From Community Health & Information Fairs to a strategy for unattached patients, we will be looking at all our award-worthy initiatives and the people behind them.

To end the event on an inspirational note, we are thrilled to have Mark Cabaj as our keynote speaker.

Mark is President of From Here to There Consulting and an Associate of the Tamarack Institute. Mark’s current focus is on integrating feedback and learning in emerging, complex, and fast-moving environments. He has authored numerous tools and resources on the topic.

He is involved in social innovation, systems, and social change projects around Canada and beyond in the areas of economic justice, environmental sustainability, human services, and food security.

Mark will inspire us to think about ways NYTHP can drive real change in diverse and challenging environments using feedback and learnings.
