Embracing Your Lived Experience - A Weekend Spiritual Healing Retreat
Overview
You are invited to attend a weekend spiritual healing retreat (Jan. 30- Feb. 1st, 2026) at Kingfisher Bay Retreat in Lakefield, Ontario, which is two hours from Toronto, and three hours from Ottawa. Join facilitator and spiritual healer, Brandon Jopko, in conjunction with Spirit, as he leads attendees in this wholehearted, spiritual experience.
The theme for this weekend is Embracing Your Lived Experience where participants will be invited to attune to what one is currently experiencing and to embrace it fully without fear, judgement, or rejection. Through the use of guided meditations and experiential exercises, attendees will have opportunities to release what no longer serves them and relax into their union with the Divine.
Participants will each receive their own copy of Rev. Penny Donovan’s Introduction to Practical Spirituality book and will learn about:
- Techniques to access higher Self energy
- How to relax the mental body so one can find stillness for meditation
- Learn about forgiveness and take part in an experiential forgiveness exercise
- How to relax the nervous system through various exercises & breathing techniques
Participants will also explore practices to experience self-compassion and Divine Love within themselves, and observe their obstacles to experiencing this.
Kingfisher Bay is a beautiful retreat centre nestled on the shores of Stoney Lake in the Kawarthas. Attendees will:
- Enjoy the beautiful grounds, surrounded by serene nature
- Enjoy trails on 28 acres of Canadian Shield forest
- Enjoy fabulous meals prepared by a local chef in-house
