- Short introduction (what’s missing when you want to stick to the plan).

Who it is for
- For people who want to reduce eating in response to stress/fatigue without rigid rules.
- For those who want tools they can actually use.
- Suitable both for weight loss and for maintenance.
What it is NOT about
- It is not a medical or individual nutrition consultation.
- It is not a therapy session.
- It is not about restrictive diets, “iron willpower”, or perfectionism.
What to have at hand
- Paper and pen (or notes on your phone) for your card.
- A real situation in mind (examples: evening when you are tired after work, you argued with someone, etc.).
About the trainer
I work with scientifically validated CBT/REBT methods and use short tools that are friendly to your emotions. My personal story includes −42 kg lost and maintained sustainably, and my approach is empathetic, practical, and without demonising foods.
