A practical 30–40 minute workshop where you learn to identify the internal traps that trigger emotional eating and quickly defuse them.

What you will learn (and apply right during the event)


- How exactly emotions “switch on” behaviour


- Frequent internal traps and their antidote


- The 90-second card (coping card) – how to write it, how to use it in real time


- A mini-experiment so you can see results without perfectionism

- The “Stop Emotional Eating” PDF worksheet + 3 sample cards, delivered by e-mail after registration.

Format & structure


- Short introduction (what’s missing when you want to stick to the plan).


- Demonstrations with quick exercises for each trap.


- We write a response card together (we take an example from the room) (Situation → Thought → Response → Strategies)

Who it is for


- For people who want to reduce eating in response to stress/fatigue without rigid rules.


- For those who want tools they can actually use.


- Suitable both for weight loss and for maintenance.


What it is NOT about


- It is not a medical or individual nutrition consultation.


- It is not a therapy session.


- It is not about restrictive diets, “iron willpower”, or perfectionism.


What to have at hand


- Paper and pen (or notes on your phone) for your card.


- A real situation in mind (examples: evening when you are tired after work, you argued with someone, etc.).


About the trainer


I work with scientifically validated CBT/REBT methods and use short tools that are friendly to your emotions. My personal story includes −42 kg lost and maintained sustainably, and my approach is empathetic, practical, and without demonising foods.
