Emotional First Aid Online Workshop
Overview
What if it is possible to address some, perhaps many, emotional upsets quickly and relatively easily? What if it is also possible to eliminate the underlying trigger for those same upsets so they don’t happen again? In much the same way that we can self-treat minor physical injuries of various kinds, we can self-treat many emotional upsets, and even more effectively than physical injuries.
In this workshop you will learn and practice three foundational healing techniques based on One-Point Tapping, plus two more, which will allow you to heal nine different kinds of emotional upset completely, quickly and reliably. For most people, the success rate of healing is above 90%. By applying these new skills, you will, over time, achieve greater calmness, peacefulness and “lightness of being” in many areas of your life.
Day 1 – Sat., December 20, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. – will cover the three foundational techniques and their basic applications.
Day 2 – Sun., December 21, 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. – will cover common extended applications of those techniques, along with two additional techniques and their unique applications. There will also be three bonuses to expand your healing capacity.
There will be pdf handouts e-mailed after registration. Please read them before attending. Doing so will make the learning and practicing easier. They will also serve as reference guides after the workshop.
Also, even though the healing techniques offered in this workshop are quite powerful, they are intended for your personal use only and not for professional use. Professional trainings are available separately through the Institute for the Study of Peak States.
