ERPsim Year-End Cup WEST 2025

The Competition

Compete against teams of students from around the world in a fast-paced ERPsim Manufacturing Sustainability with Disruptos game. Apply your strategic thinking to manage a virtual company, make critical decisions in real-time, and utilize SAP S/4HANA to outmaneuver the competition. The team with the highest company valuation wins!

Who can register?

To participate, the university must be a member of the SAP University Alliances and the main coach must have a vaid simCID.

Teams must have experience with SAP S/4HANA and ERPsim prior to the event; no training nor practice will be offered prior to the date of the event.

Participation is FREE. Registration will close when teams are at capacity.

Team Requirements:

• Composed of 3-5 students from the same university.
• The team can have up to 2 coaches.
• Up to two teams per university are allowed to register.
• The coach registering the team will serve as the primary contact.

Game Format:

• The game will be played in synchronous mode.
• Four rounds will be played. Each round will last 20 virtual days, with 50-second increments per day.
• A random disruptions will be introduced at the end of each round.

Winning Criteria:

• Teams will be ranked based on their company valuation.
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place: Earn exclusive digital badges recognizing the team's outstanding performance.
• All Participants: A digital badge showcasing participation in the challenge.
