Paula demystifies the process, and students leave with a comprehensive understanding of both traditional as well as standard modern methods of crafting your own dairy products. Paula will also show you creative some unique ways of serving the cheeses covered in class! Students must register in advance. All supplies included. No experience necessary. You will take home cheese made in class, plus a kit to make more at home!
