Are you in need of a kidney or liver transplant or a caregiver, friend or support person of someone requiring a kidney or liver transplant?

Join us virtually the second Tuesday of every month as we discuss how to share your journey, what information is needed to share, decide where to share your story, how to build a team of champions to support you and answer your questions.

We will also provide a list of helpful resources and templates to help you get started.

This introductory webinar takes place on the second Tuesday of every month.
