Fine Woodworking: The Charcuterie Board with Pierre Rousseau

Build a beautiful charcuterie board or two! You will learn about wood and cut selection for food display and preparation. You will learn how to decorate, embellish and personalize your board.

This is a two day workshop. Each day will begin at 9:00 am and end at around 4:00 pm. The workshop will be held at Intersections Wood Collaborative at 299 10th Street E., Owen Sound.

Beginners welcome!

Workshop Cost: $200. Materials fee payable to instructor at start of class.
