Flow, Chant & Meditate: A Vancouver Kirtan & Yoga Experience

Join us for a soulful evening of movement, sound, and stillness in the heart of Vancouver. This unique experience weaves together gentle yoga flow, live kirtan (call-and-response chanting), and guided meditation, creating space to reconnect with yourself and the community.

We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and a mindful yoga flow to help you settle into your body - releasing all stresses. From there, allow the vibrations of live ancient chants music to open the heart, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit. The evening concludes with a peaceful meditation and deep relaxation.

No previous experience is needed — all levels are welcome. Come as you are.

After the practice, stay and connect with the community while enjoying plant-based snacks and warm tea, lovingly prepared to nourish and ground you.

What to expect:

  • Gentle, accessible yoga flow
  • Live kirtan & meditation music
  • Guided meditation and relaxation
  • Calm, welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
  • Plant-based snacks and tea provided

Whether you’re new to yoga and meditation or a longtime practitioner, this evening is an invitation to slow down, open your heart, and share sacred sound and movement together.
